Emily Godden the founder of Virtually There Studio. She creates exhibitions, experiences & educational opportunities for young people in Suffolk to improve digital literacy and reconnect with nature. Emily shows us how to create digital environments for immersive storytelling.
Andria Zafirakou is a teacher at Alperton Community School in Brent and the winner of the 2018 Global Teacher Prize. Andria talks about leading on creativity in schools and teaching.
Mandy Barrett is an artist and specialist art teacher working at a primary school in West Yorkshire and Natalie Walton, an arts education consultant and project manager who at the time was working with Arts Council collections. Mandy and Natalie talk about using national collections, making visits and creating physical resources to support creativity in schools.
Susan Coles is a freelance arts, creativity and educational consultant and artist, who works across the UK and abroad, in educational and gallery settings. In ‘Why do we do what we do?’, Susan talks about the fundamentals of why artist teachers are so important; in ‘The Unexamined Life is not Worth Living’, she talks about why creativity and curiosity matters; and in ‘Talk & Creative Activity’, she shares her creative story and challenges us to make artworks in response to a prompt.
