Tickets offered for resale will only be put up for sale once an event is sold out, including any holds which are yet to be released. Credit will be available for two years (24 months), after which any unused credit will be removed from your account and will be taken as a donation to Norfolk & Norwich Festival.
Cast, Ensemble, Producer and Director’s Circle Supporters are not charged the £2 handling fee when exchanging or crediting tickets. To find out more about becoming a Supporter click here
If an event is cancelled or postponed refunds may be paid at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation or postponement we are not liable for travel, accommodation or other expenses. Only ticket prices, excluding postage fees, will be refunded. Postage fees are not refundable.
